A DD250 Form 250 (Material Inspection and Receiving Report) is required to be prepared by Seller in accordance with McAir Report PS 1352. An invoice shall not be considered "accurate" for purposes of the Invoice and Payment clause of the General Terms and Conditions until a properly completed DD250 is received by MDC.

Shipments must be on MAC Form 1150 or Seller's equivalent commercial shipping documents. All references to Form DD250 should be deleted unless written instructions are received to the contrary. Do not ship items to McDonnell Douglas - St. Louis. Destination codes, stock numbers and other elements of shipping instructions needed to complete a commercial shipper will be provided in a monthly report or transmitted by teletype or facsimile message. In the event an item is ready for shipment but appropriate shipping instructions have not been received, Seller is required to contact the buyer who signed this order for instructions. Seller shall comply with McAir Product Support (PS) direct ship instruction manual. Seller shall comply with MDC Report PS 1352 dated 01 February 2002 (Revised 29 July 2002).

The Seller is prohibited from effecting shipment more than ten (10) days in advance of the need dates identified in this purchase order without prior written consent of the buyer. Shipments received more than ten days early will be counted against Seller's on-time delivery performance rating.

When directed by the buyer, a special identification label is to be applied by Seller in a prominent place on all shipping containers. This label is a general productm identification decal and will serve no other purpose than to expedite the processing of items at the receiving activity. A supply of these labels will be furnished by the MDA buyer prior to the scheduled delivery date. The shipments are not to be delayed due to non-availability of labels.

The Seller is permitted to ship alternate part numbers in lieu of the part numbers in the purchase order, provided the alternate part number has been approved by the applicable engineering drawing. Alternate part numbers must be submitted in accordance with applicableMcAir reports concerning design change data referenced in the purchase orders. The part number, ELIN and NSN of the item originallyordered must be entered in blocks 15 and 16 of the shipping document and the following statement must be entered immediately below in block 16: "Alternate part number ___________, NSN ________, is shipped in lieu of part number ________. This alternate item is equal, functionally and physically."
