Annual Report and Proxy Statement
If you own Boeing shares as of the annual meeting record date, The Boeing Company annual report and proxy statement will be mailed to you in late March. They will be made available upon request to the general public beginning in April. If you are a registered shareholder, your annual report and proxy statement will be mailed to you via U.S. Postal Service bulk mail by our transfer agent, Computershare Investor Services ("Computershare"). If you are a beneficial owner, your brokerage firm or bank (or its proxy agent) will mail your annual report and proxy statement to you. Please contact Computershare (1-888-777-0923) or your broker, whichever is applicable, if you have not received your annual report, proxy statement and accompanying proxy card by the end of the first week in April.

Form 10-K and Form 10-Q
The Form 10-K can be requested from Boeing beginning the first week in April. The current Form 10-Q can be requested from Boeing beginning approximately seven weeks after the close of each of the first three quarters. (First quarter close is March 31, second quarter close is June 30 and third quarter close is September 30.) There is no fourth quarter Form 10-Q, as the information is included in the annual report.

Dividend Reinvestment and Stock Purchase Plan
Copies of the Dividend Reinvestment and Stock Purchase Plan can be requested only by contacting Computershare at 1-888-777-0923.

Standard Delivery Method:
The Boeing Company will pay for this level of service:

Domestic (USA) shipments: U.S. Postal Service, bulk mail Allow 7 - 10 days At Boeing expense
International shipments: a) 7 copies or less, international postal mail Allow 10 - 15 days At Boeing expense
b) Greater than 7 copies, freight courier Allow 10 days At Boeing expense (*)
(*) Please note: International freight shipments will be sent to the nearest airport of customs clearance at Boeing expense. Recipient is responsible for customs, duties, taxes and local cartage.

Expedited Delivery Method:
Expedited delivery service via your preferred courier is available at your expense. Because of the sensitivity of data item (3) below, only telephone requests will be accepted. Call (425) 965-4408, which is an automated telephone service. Please speak slowly, precisely and spell where necessary to ensure accurate delivery. Provide the following information:

  1. Your name, phone number and street address (no P.O. Box numbers).
  2. The courier you would like us to use (FedEx, DHL, Airborne, UPS, etc.).
  3. The courier account number. (If you do not have a courier account number, please provide your credit card number and expiration date.)
  4. Indicate which materials and quantity of each you would like to receive.

Your request is processed and mailed within 24 hours after receipt. Those requests received after 1:30 p.m., Pacific time, will be processed the following business day.
