- The following letters were sent to all companies listed in Document D1-4426, "Approved Process Sources." These letters have been issued in the following phases:

- Nadcap Boeing Supplements:
- All Nadcap commodities with supplements (/S) identify Boeing questions as U11 - If a Boeing D1-4426 approval is in place, the Nadcap Boeing supplement criteria is required to maintain the Boeing approval. If not, an additional Nadcap scope extension audit may be required or Boeing approval may be withdrawn. - If a Boeing D1-4426 approval is not in place but anticipated or being requested, the Nadcap Boeing Supplement criteria is not required but optional.

- D1-4426 Process Codes Requiring Nadcap Accreditation -- Refer to the 'Nadcap Commodity' column in the D1-4426 Specification Index or Process Code Index.
- This list defines the correlation between Boeing process codes and Nadcap checklists. For example, a company that has process code 411 (Penetrant per ASTM-E-1417) with the 'NDT' annotated in the Nadcap column will need to ensure that they have accreditation to Nadcap nondestructive testing specification AS7114/1.
